How long will it take to receive my delivery gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for insulated bags?
We accept returns on unused gear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Can I use my driver earnings to pay for shop items?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. We do not support direct deduction from your driver earnings at this time.
Are these products official Grubhub branded items?
Yes, all items in the store are official, high-quality gear designed specifically to meet the standards of the Grubhub delivery network.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes via standard shipping, though delivery times may be slightly longer than residential or commercial addresses.
