At Grubhub Driver Shop, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your deliveries. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
